My friend Kenneth has gotten addicted to online applications. On his insistance I've started using some myself. Have you looked into Remember the Milk and Blinklist and others?

I have been using Remember the Milk for awhile now (except I call it Remember the Soymilk!) I think it's a bit quirky but I've gotten used to it and like it a lot.
